Hello posters_here is a link with the results of a google search regarding Iodine and acne.

I am posting this because it seems that people are using Iodine indiscriminately without understanding that Dr. Jarvis' moderate use reccomendations are appropriate and reasonable and may in fact be more prudent than "just say more".
I think we should be saying "just say know"
