Ok...so, to make a long story short, at my highest i was 250, lowest was 130, and today i'm at 161. Not something to be proud of. Have tried other diets and they don't work for me, but i'm great at fasting. Going to go 30 days and then decide what to do from there. Have a scale, but refuse to step on it until the 7th day so i don't get depressed.
