Re: 2 Question(s) to JCrow:
With all due respect to Dr Clark the regulations she sites as being somehow negligent
to public safety, do not seem that way to me. In Tibetan Medicine, for example, there are many reasons for origins and etiology of disease:

The manufactuer of our
Lugol's Solution is a fully certified (FDA, DEA and so on) facility. Our
Lugol's Solution is 5% Iodine, 10% Potassium Iodide, 85% Distilled Water. It is USP or higher. When the new regulations go into effect we will offer both the original formula in the restricted sales format and new ratios, 2% Iodine, 4% Potassium Iodide, 94% Distilled Water. Dr. Clark's product uses the name
Lugol's for her vegetable wash, though her new formulation is an
Iodine and sodium mixture in water. It is not Lugol's solution.
Accoring to Dr. Jarvis, only small amounts of
Iodine are used at different
intervals and according to body weight.

It would seem unlikely that trace elements, were they to exist, of any sanitizer component, at the usage level Dr. Jarvis reccomends, would be any kind of health risk at all in the context of all other primary or secondary causes effecting our health/balance.
Finally, I note with irony that the regulations/codes state that Lugol's Solution itself is ok as a sanitizer! Well read what Dr. Jarvis says about treating mastitis in cows in the
Iodine link above. Iodine works because it is a disinfectant
on many levels. More than likely it disinfectants any impurities within the mixture itself, if_and that is a big if_any existed in the first place.
I have full confidence in our suppliers processes and believe their adherance to compliance, quality, and purity is reflected in all of the excellent products and information we provide at
