The Iodine kicks ass. I cant wait to start again. When I drank lemon juice the absorption was instant and gave huge die off. The worms in the chest just died or ran, altealts the stopped doing whatever they were doing. I was at 13 drops twice daily I think.

I miss die off! Call me crazy but that is the only thing that tell that things work, so I am with you on that one!

I would love to take a break from life, but that would create a messy mess, the timing could not be worse!
