I made my very 1st smoothie today with the use of superfoods. Here is my concoction:
1 banana
Dash of honey
Cup of rice milk
1 teaspoon Maca
1 teaspoon Bee Pollen
Not long after drinking the above, I experienced dilated pupils and a sense of spaced out ness. Has anybody else experienced this kind of reaction? Should I lower the dose to maybe 1/2 teaspoon of each? Drop the Bee Pollen totally? My hormones are seriously out of whack so am hoping to balance them out.
