That is so true. I had no idea. I mean the mucoid plaque I passed this morning was frightening yet inspiring. Inspiring because it can come out.

For lunch today I had
Mixed green salad with olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice and lots of hot crushed pepper and seeds.

Then I had grilled fish with string beans and just about coated it all in hot crushed red peppers.

Since I'm used to the hot it didn't bother me that much. My nose was runny but not that much. One thing I have noticed is that my bum bum sounds like it's got a fireworks party going on. I can't wait to see what comes out! Hopefully more stringy mucoid plaque. Tweet
