Jikes girls, I have the opposite problem, I went up from 58 kilos to 65 kilos in like 2 weeks.
If you mix nuts with meat and fat you will gain lots of weight. I mean lots of fat, pats of butter, 100 grams (minimally) of real butter spread over the day with lots and lots of protein and then snack on nuts in between ( if you dont have sore colons). The fat digest slowly and by adding nuts you add lots of calories and some carbs, but not bad carbs.
Protein are building blocks, you need minimally 1 g of protein for every kilo body weight. Nuts, beans and lentils are not perfect protein and you have to be a scientist to know hoe´w to prepare them in order to get all the essential aminos.
SCDIET and look into Dr.Kwasniewski optimal nutrition and look into his fat and protien amount to be consumed daily.
Veggie are no good here girls, bulk up!
