I was also first shown Iodine about 4 years ago. Didn't keep it up. I could wish all I want to have "known better at that time", to have gotten "better educated" about it....

But, would I have truly appreciated and learned from what I've physically and emotionally been through these past four years?

Probably not!

Better than any 4-year college education, I can tell you that!
