Day 1: OK I really mean it this time!


Well I'm 15 hours into day 1. I'm thinking of doing multiple daily check-ins throughout the day to try and keep myself on track. I'm finding that I've already started the justification thinking of why I'd be ok breaking the fast! These next 40 days are definitely going to be tough for me to stick to. But I have to keep thinking that I need to lose these 40 pounds! It just has to come off!
