These are sometimes tweaked a little bit. Sometimes more, sometimes less. For the most part this is what I take everyday. Check out the websites for additional nutritional info. I certainly dont reccommend at this point. I know what my body is able to handle and these could adversely affect you. I am also about 86 kilograms.

Schiff Multi Antioxident Vitamin --- One after breakfast

Spring Valley L-Lysine 500mg--- 2 every 2-3 hours

Spring Valley MSM 1000mg----1 once a day

Spring valley Vitamin C 500mg-1/2pill at lunch 1/2 pill dinner, 1/2 pill before bed

Mason Collagen 1480mg(with 250 mg vitamin-c) 6-8 a day
