My friend drinks distilled water only and she is in perfect health. She says the distilled water lowers her blood pressure naturally and she has perfect blood pressure. She takes vitamins and minerals to be sure she gets her minerals. I have been reading about distilled water on the net and I must say that I am very confused. One site says its the most awesome thing while another says to stay away from it. Who do I believe>? Where is the hard evidence? Why does my friend feel soo good and have no health problems. She says regular water causes plaque to form on your arteries. I wish I knew the truth. What really is the BESt water?
