I caved on day 1 a while back, and tried to get back on for several days but just couldn't get on that wagon. But now I feel like I am really ready. I only have 41 days before a huge event that I have to attend and I really don't want to go looking like a whale. So my goal is to stick to water for as long as I can, and since I will be doing exercise during the fast, when I feel that I really need a boost I'll drink green veg. juice. I plan on taking a multi-V or 2 everyday to try and keep things in check. I pray to God I can stick to this and last a full 40 days or until I have reached my goal weight, which will hopefully come before day 40!!!
