I've been taking 300-400 mcg selenium daily for two weeks; I was taking 200 before. The only thing I notice is that I've been sleeping more, but so far so good, because I wasn't sleeping very much before (with the 200mcg). 5 drops Lugol's. about 4g Vit C, magnesium 800 mg. And molasses and oils, nuts. I wonder if I should add Vit E and zinc.
Sometimes I take Niacin, but I want to study that better, there was some great post here, I'm not sure who posted it.
We know as we go... so, so far this has been my experience with the supplementation, feeling good and very good. And many times lost in this incredible avalanche of information! Wondering what I should be taking and I'm not... Oh well, I think we must take it from there...
