I am totally sick of Acne as well. At the moment i am hiding out in my room because my spots look so bad i don't even want to face my family! ridiculous considering im in my twenties. Anyhow i have started on high dose pantothenic acid to see if this helps with the oilyness (this won't help with hormonal Acne so i believe) so for the moment i am going to remain optimistic. I have also straightened out my diet so i am avoiding possible triggers such as dairy, and sticking to low carb, lots of fruit and veg, lean protein etc. Another thing im adding is ground linseed/flaxseed which is good 4 inflammation.
Hopefully these measures will help, if not maybe i will have to see Acne as my friend not my foe ;-)
