1. Start taking digestive enzymes. You can experiment with plant and animal based. On the plant side, something like Enzymedica's Digest Gold works well, although it ain't cheap. Try the max dosage to see if that helps.
2. Try to figure out whether you have low stomach acid. Research Betaine HCl and give it a try. Low stomach acid can definitely lead to parasites and bacteria in the stomach and digestive tract and it can also cause all kinds of other digestive problems. A lot of what you are describing can be caused by low stomach acid.
Have you had a GI doc totally analyze your digestion? You've got problems that are much deeper than just Candida overgrowth. I, personally, would concentrate on digestion before going into full Candida assault mode.
