I had a constantly runny nose probably the first 3 weeks I was on it. No cold, no sinus infection, no allergies. Clear thin mucus. My cousin and I decided it had to be cleansing of some kind. I have always been a mucus secreter, and apparently the Lugol's loosened things up a bit. There's no way I could be Iodine sufficient, could there????
