Re: raynaud's disease - white fingers....

I have had Raynaud's for about3 years. Seems to go with autoimmune and I have sjogren's which I had diagnosed after the Raynaud's came on for a few months. It can be dangerous and cause gangrene. I am trying to detox mercury and work on exhausted thyroid and adrenals. Cold water is the enemy. Make sure you don't have autoimmune. I probably had it coming on for the last 10 years because of stress in my job and hormone age changes. It is actually a relief to have it diagnosed because all these years docs just thought I was depressed or hypochondriac. Just got a script for armour thyroid may post back in a week or so.
