I started op'ing just after Christmas and did it 1x/day for about a month and a half. Then for some reason I stopped... I started to feel really run down and tired. I re-started again about 10 days ago. 1x/day in the mornings. I'm feeling a little more energetic, but that's about it. I'll keep going. I might try swtiching oils. Is there anyone else out there who notices a difference with 1/2 or 3 pulls per day?
