Well, I hope you don't mind me following you around like a puppy dog. I just feel that what you are doing is the direction I need to go. (minus the long fasting lol) I was so disappointed that Lugol's was giving me the edema problems because otherwise I was doing great but if I can somehow use the detoxified and get the same great results, I will be happy. So far, so good. I haven't totally given up on Lugol's. I will ocassionally paint with it or place a drop in my water for good measure.
