I am doing GREAT!

I am literally sleeping THROUGH the night!

Sleeping 8 and sometimes 9 hours (depending on what time I go to bed) and NOT needing to wake up at 12, 2, and sometimes 4am to PEE anymore! I'm sleeping STRAIGHT THROUGH!!!

THAT is worth GOLD all by itself!!! (I usually wake up BEFORE the alarm clock, which is set for 7:20.)

In four ounces of water, I take 8 drops of the detoxified iodine when I get up (anywhere from 6:30-7:30am) and again at about 3:30pm - both times on an empty stomach, as recommended by Cayce.

Today is the 7th day for 10,000mg of vitamin C, so will take 9000mg tomorrow, 8000mg on Wed, and so forth until I get down to 1000mg. When you take megadoses of vitamin C, you shouldn't just STOP, you should gradually reduce the dosage.

I really feel good. Like, working up to the megadose was necessary...but I had to be ready for it! I HAD to get past the arrythmia problems FIRST, and perhaps, my own personal fears.

My digestion is EXCELLENT. AMAZING, even! I get up in the morning, have my iodine, and need to have a BM. An hour later I do the vitamin C, and have another smaller (but easy) BM. Then a half hour later I have breakfast, and have another BM. Every single time I eat...I have a BM afterwards. It's GREAT!

This is a WOW thing for me. I've had a belching problem it seems like forever. It's finally going away. I don't even feel a NEED to belch anymore!

I do feel like increasing was the right thing for me...at this point in time!!!!!!

Like someone else reported (Soho, I think?) I also have the tenderness under my ribcage, and have had it for quite awhile. NOW it is going down and easing up, with the increased intake of iodine.
