witht he liver flush, i think either way is fine. one could combine a break from Iodine and the flush and kill two birds, so to speak.

i hear ya on the coke copy. we are all quite programmed, arent we? no wonder they call it TV PROGRAMMING and watching a TV PROGRAM.
