Re: Fibromyalgia

Hi Sojo!

I have been battling costo going on about 5 years now. The first time I felt relief was my very first liver flush. After #2 Liver-Flush I didn't have any pain for months and months. I was so grateful. No one can imagine the horrible pain of this condition. I hate to say this, but it's nice to have someone (finally) here at CZ that suffers from this also.

My costo has come back recently with the Iodine. I'm very bummed out about it. But I perservere hoping that it is just cropping up only to go away for good. I've started working out with a medicine ball, and that made it flair up!

I know I've had inflammation issues for year and years. I only started alternative health about 1-1/2 years ago, and so far many of my problems have gone away. Many aches and pains have dissappeared.

Nice to know you're around. I'm opening up my email so you can email me about any costo you have. I got kicked off the Yahoo costo forum (because they are all crazy allopathic sadly misinformed individuals). Here is a link so you can read if you like:

All-in-all I owe these people a debt of gratitude, because of their forum I started to search for other solutions. But their experiences read like a horror movie. So many drugs, cartilidge scraping, spinal implants for pain relief....I've tried so hard to convince them but was run out on a rail.

Anyway, this is so off topic. Nice to know you are around.

Molly
