The "What if my doctor thinks I'm crazy?" question

Skeptic and Wombie raise an interesting strategy problem.

What if your doctor thinks you're crazy?
We need to brainstorm this one, gang.

I printed up the peer-review medical research for my doc on:
http://breastcancerchoices.org/iodineref.html

But it was over his head. So I finally gave him
http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/iodine
which was simpler, yet well referenced. This research applies to other stuff besides the breasts.

Since I made the case that breasts are the BELLWETHER OF DYSFUNCTION in the rest of the body, i.e., they are downstream from the master glands like the thyroid, he finally got it.

Giving your doc Dr. Brownstein's book is probably the best idea because the whole story is laid out.

Any other ideas for educating docs????
