Re: Enemas/colonics for depression?

Hi Really Unsure, I can't offer any specific advice on this topic, but I can say that I find it highly unlikely that a person with a colon filled with waste and toxins could maintain a positive and happy outlook.

I know that personally, if I miss a single day without a BM, I usually get apprehensive, a headache usually follows, and my thoughts are dominated by "I just have to go!"

Most people after receiving an enema or a colonic report a heightened sense of well being that leads to a feeling of lightness and confidence. This is how clients frequently tell me they feel after receiving a colonic. I can relate to that since it is pretty much how I feel after giving myself an enema or having a colonic.
