Can a vaginal e-coli and yeast infection delay a period?

I'm pretty regular (every 25 days) and this month, on day 26, my period has still not started. I doubt that I am pregnant, as my husband I have been trying for two years with no luck and the only time we fooled around during this cycle, he did not penetrate me, just rubbed up against. I have a raging external yeast infection and a raging e-coli bacterial infection that I am taking Antibiotics and Diflucan for. I also have been very stressed out lately. Could the infections delay my period or is it most likely from the stress? I have had mild cramps a couple of times today, but they don't seem to last. Thanks.
