Re: Does a Coffee enema really do anything?

Okay. First of all a coffee enema WONT hurt.

Second, the coffee does not get assimilate in the body.

coffee enemas are especially beneficial for:

- leaky gut (if you suffer from leaky gut do not attempt to do any other enema BUT coffee enemas.... because some of the coffee will leak into your body, and coffee wont hurt but the other enemas will )

- liver support

About your anatomy: There is a connection from your intestines to your liver, the entero-hepatic duct. This allows the liver to evaluate how toxic the content of the bowels is and to send in more bile or even to provoke diarrhea when it cannot cope anymore with too much dangerous stuff down there, that is when bile wont suffice.
When coffee gets sent to the liver, this is like a message for the liver to release more bile. In other words a coffee enema is a gallbladder flush. Unlike a Liver Flush it wont let out stones, only the content of the gallbladder: bile (digestive enzymes) which
1- will kill candida and bacterias in your intestines
2- forces out the toxin accumulated in the gallbladder
3- has your liver produce more effective brand new bile.

Here is a complete description of how it works:

Here are enemas recipe:

The enema you NEVER use with candida is the salt enema or any enema with salt as an ingredient. We are sodium deficient (that is why a dash of salt in your drinking water is good advice) and therefore, your metabolism instead of wanting to let the enema water out, will want to keep the sodium (salt) so the enema just wont work.
