off topic -to JAB

Hi JAB! You seem very experienced on BB's protocol, I have a little question:

I have recently bought the Beck protocol from SOTA. I have done the silver pulsing daily for 4-6 hours for a week, today maybe just 2 and I have had no ill effects, no herx, no die off. And my body is a candida/leaky gut mess and extreme Ascaris infection in lungs/liver. Why am I not having any die off of any sort despite that I am ill and weak? Is this not working for me?
I have done everything but the ozonated water, since my kidneys start to ache terribly whenever I detox with oxygen therapies.
