Thanks for your imput. I'm sure you are correct about eating what's around during the various seasons. I haven't totally given up on all meat products but I'm working on it. I'm not fond of eggs so won't eat them unless I have no other choices on a restaurant menu; the last time I ate red meat I felt like I'd been poisoned. If I do eat animal products, it's poultry(organic) or fish (mostly Atlantic Salmon)Other than that, I have whole grain cereals with soy or plain yogurt with fresh berries/honey for breakfast, huge salads and fruit for lunch and I like to eat light at dinner so maybe more fruit or vegetables.
