Count me in on the monitoring gray hair group. I'm 42 and have quite a bit of gray hair that I stopped dying about a year ago. I now occasonally use a colored glaze on my hair which I would love to stop doing alltogether. I've only been pulling a little over a month and have seen no change in gray yet.
