Hi Cherokee how you been doing?

To make it simple, yoghurt is cold enough to go the 'cold' way.
But the most important part i want to stress is the use of warm water that engages the digestion in your gut, when eating = drink warm water, no huge amounts, just plainly, it's simple and soothing.
A recent discovery showed that fat inhibits c-vitamin, yes it stood on the BBC homepage a week ago, so taking c-vitamin an hour before/after the meal is the drill, calcium is better off after the meal as it slightly reduces the gastric juices.

I don't think cold/warm water is such an big hustle when taking supplements unless it says so in the package, send the supplements in after the cleanse or make the cleanse late in the evening when you're 'safe' so to speak, aside from that, be happy.
