In 1993 I had severe internal bleeding.
The doctors told me that I had liver damage, perforated intestines
and way to stressful a lifestyle. I left the hospital and went to
the liquor store. I continued with my lifestyle another year and
a half. One day, I reached for the bottle on my nightstand next
to the bed and knocked it off, spilling the whiskey out of it.
That was the first morning in years I woke up without a belt
of whiskey. I went to the bathroom, showered and shaved and then used
the toilet. It looked like tomato juice. I was horrified!
I had been seeing that every day for some time but I was drunk before
that day. I quick drinking cold turkey on the spot. I stopped smoking
that day as well. I closed my business and left my ex and that lowered
my stress level considerably. 6 months passed and no change.
Then after the doctors could do nothing I went vegan.
I had began dating a nurse from the doctor's office that was vegan
and I wanted to try it. I exercised every day as well. I prayed alot,
and after a total of three years since I was first diagosed with a
failing liver and internal bleeding, I was completely recovered.
I can relate to you. I fell off of the health wagon and now I'm trying to
