I've been studying longevity pretty steady now for about 5 years.
My research has not shown that people who eat the worst live the
longest. Those people are anomolies and not the norm for a particular
race or creed. Some of the seventh day adventist towns live much longer
than others. Then there are the Hunzas outside of Pakistan. They are claiming
a life of up to 120 years. When one of the researchers began wondering,
"Do these people really know what 120 years really is", he asked them.
They claimed that the hike to the camp which had taken several hours was
in fact 40 years. There is Dr. Norman Walker who is claimed to have lived
from differing reports between 114 and 118 years of age. I called family
friends of his and they claim that the hospital records were lost in a fire.
I tried to find records of his birth in I believe it was Scotland, "Been awhile",
and there was no Norman Walker born during the timeframe. Maybe the hospital
records were lost? I've studied tribes from around the globe and what really
has caught my eye is the Russian Georgians. They do live a long time and it
looks to be proven?.......Notice that I said, "Looks"?.....They eat very little
and work until close to death. Rats raised near starvation live almost twice
as long as rats fed a regular amount and even longer than rats that are fattened
up. So my expert opnion is.....I am not an expert, and I have no opinion.
But I'm just sharing what it looks like to me?.......I do think and I may be
wrong,.......That vegans live longer. especially ones living low stress lifestyles
with lots of love and togetherness, a community connection and family, and fresh
