Re: Exactly for "you", but folks...PERSPECTIVE, puhLEEZ! Re: For me, 18.75 was VERY high dosage
Whatever works for you is fine! no problems there...
But to say 12.5 is "high" or "large" in comparison with 100 or 1000 is 'out of perspective'.
Ample research shows that it takes 50mg daily for 1-3 months to reach the point where one's body is sufficient. If someone wants to take 1/2 a mg daily or 1000mg daily to achieve sufficiency at their own pace (or they don't want to achieve sufficiency at all), is fine and dandy with me (and most all posters).
What isn't fine, is possibly scaring the crap outta of people or trying to predispose people into thinking that a VERY small dose of a few milligrams is some type of a "HIGH" dosage. I understand, as I have stated what seems like ZILLIONS of friggin' times, that we're each individual. But there IS a scale here, and it ranges from:
ZERO - several THOUSAND MILLIGRAMS A DAY. 6.25? 12.5? HIGH? puhLEEZ, now this seems to be becoming people who somehow "believe" in low doses, starting to propagandize and influence people's thinking that 12 mg of
Iodine is a HIGH dose.
