Interesting observation about upping probiotics...

Hey everyone, I know I've been posting lately, but I feel like I'm at a point where I need to research anything and everything and post my answers, observations, experinces and questions here to help everyone, as well as myself.

Besides my regular candida protocol, I've been taking (1) 30 billion Healthy Trinity probiotic a day. AS some of you know, I've been dealing with his God awful external, vagainl infection that doesn't seem to be responding to the Diflucan and Nystatin cream - a first for me. The gyno is who told me it was yeast, so until some other test comes back otherwise, he is treating it as yeast. Tonight I was thinking about the probiotics and that maybe I was not taking enough. I decided to take one more at night. Within an hour of taking it I noticed a few things....1. die-off feelings galore - my vaginal pain got a bit worse and I have my usual "woo-woo" die-off feeling (which is hard to describe, but I always know that it is die-off when I experience it.) I also went out and bought Canuck Guy's recommended probiotics - Edo Choice's Super 8, which he feels works better than the top stuff. I'm going to either try it tomorrow or finish of my other stuff first, doubling up on it like I did tonight, perhaps tripling up on it. The only bad part for me is actually the cost of increasing it, since you I go through it faster. But if it works, it will be worth it. Maybe those of us who have been taking the Probiotics have not been taking enough of them? Also, for gut health/repair does anyone know which strain of probiotic, i.e. acidopholous, bifidus, etc. is best for this? I'm going to look into this further. Just thought you all might find this intersting.
