I am a vegetarian since birth. I stay on raw diet from time to time. Last two weeks I have been on raw diet and I crave for Sugar and spicy food a lot, although I must say I eat my share of cayenne with some salads it does not seem enough. I do take stevia in my green tea. I guess that is the only kind of cooked food I consume. Is there anyhting I should be doing to curb my hunger for Sugar and spicy food?
