thanks! I find that each day I am diluting the juice a bit more - and drinking more water - I was so hungry in the beginning and wasn't brave enough to go mostly water! still not there yet - but wow 10lbs in 7 days! that's motivational! I'm hoping my weight drops after my period is over as well! I haven't craved chocolate or pizza or the things I usually crave this time of the month, ice cream etc. I feel hungry right now but just keep the vision...and watching the numbers on the scale go down is the best thing!
