Re: Iodine is poison unless found in food, plain and simple

Ok how do you feel about Asian Kelp in alcohol (detoxified iodine)? I am now taking it instead of Lugol's and I'm not getting murky eyes. Does that mean it's ok? I have been worried about the iodine depositing in the body. Poisoning the body in order to expel bad halogens may not be the way to go. I guess the fact that my liver worked it out means my liver is fair to good working order? Don't think I want to try that again. Just in case. Pray for me...I'm going to be sooo hated if I announce this finding to the iodine forum. They asked me to watch my eyes and let them know what I saw but I wasn't sure of what I was seeing at the time. So what does a real detox in the eye look like. Thanks 48124
