Bush's wars are about money, not national security.

As far as I know, a military draft has only been proposed as of last year, but has not beren approved. I remember about 5 years ago (as far as I remember) seeing forms in the post office that required registering for selective service. I'm 52, but I asked about this and was told that it's being required because if there is a draft, the miltary wants to know beforehand who is eligible (saves time, and of course everyone should want to help the gov't. kill their sons and daughters).

I don't know how recent the first website is, but the latest date I noticed is January 2007. The draft is being proposed for two reasons (supposedly). Charles Rangel has decided that too many black people are joining the military (discrimination? affirmative action in the battlefield?) and it is also claimed that this would make the politicians think twice about starting wars because they would risk having to send their own kids. These (in my opinion) are just politically correct EXCUSES (pentagon propaganda), the real reason is that the military needs more people to die.

Of course, Bush got us into this mess in the first place. As we approach the end of April, there may be more of a need for American sons and daughters on the battlefields (and adults serving in other capacities), but Bush is going to encounter another problem,...IMPEACHMENT. I've heard there is a movement to impeach Cheney also. I think if Bush is impeached and Cheney isn't, we might be in worse shape. If both are impeached, what then?...will there be the emergency shadow gov't., homeland security marshal law, federal identification, etc. ?
