I could be wrong but I always thought that a drop of Lugols contains about 6.5mg of Iodine. Drops vary in size slightly depending on your dropper.
Taking enough Iodine will hopefully help you with your mind. In the meantime, a calculator will help with your math. Sometimes I simply cannot perform the most basic calculations without one....the insidious brain-fog.
