Re:Carthage re: New here, struggling with Candida

Good to know that your organs primarly are doing fine.

The nasal drip and chest congestion is usually because of allergies, sinusitis causes much of the lethargic tiredness and majorly reacts to mold, amongst others (even year-old books aggravates it), other allergies may be temporary or permanent and can be concluded by eating one food at the time and watch out for the reactions.
Even herbs like dill and parsley irritates a fungal sinus infection.

The diarrhea and stomach crampings are hard to define as it may be IBS or a passing irregularity/inflammation in the bowels.
I am sure that the arrhytmia goes together with your sinusitis/allergic reactions as the spell of nausea and brain fog goes along with it, allergies causes toxins and low blood pressure as to why the heart may appear to skip a beat.
Often sinusitis is inflammation of the mucosal cavitations which improves by avoiding irritants.
Of what i can see of your diet; tofu, white rice and white pasta may be irritants, otherwise it seems to be fine.

A positive outlook is important absolutely, depression isn't easy to cope with when living actively and additionally, causes carbohydrate cravings.
