Yes! Being post-menopausal myself, until I was into the Iodine for about 6 weeks I felt dried out...a typical body reaction to low Iodine & hormone abstentia.

When you see the elderly, they look 'dried out'. Skin, hair, bones are brittle, many suffer from Sjogrens Disease - which is defined as a general 'drying up' of the vital fluids of the body. These fluids are generally produced via the Endocrine (glandular) system.

When a woman is young, she's 'juicy'. Old women aren't. Iodine is, imo a glandular adjunct that will get us juicy again. I'm looking forward to TOTAL SUFFICIENCY. I believe it will take me another 6 months to achieve this, as I clean up my diet and get with a more rejuvenating lifestyle.
