ACV can be used as a pre-flush stone softener. It is low in calories and won't activate your candida condition.
Your dosage is ok for maintenance, but for more active pre-flushing preparation, this is better:
1 - 2 tablespoons of ACV per 8 ounces/1 cup/250 ml of water. Drink for 6 days.
If you want an improved version of this (includes more malic acid) try this in each cup of water (6 days):
1-2 tbsp ACV
1-2 tbsp cranberry 100% juice
1-2 tbsp blueberry 100% juice
Mix this (per cup), drinking 4 cups of the mixture every day.
The blueberry is not necessary, I just add it for taste, as ACV and cranberry are both sour. I've used it in several flushes and it works. For stronger effects, you could drink this for a longer period of time, say 9 days.
