Since I have lowered my Iodine amount I don't seem to remember my dreams as well but I have been having some brain fog detox going on and my husband commented on me yelling out in my sleep which I never do. I'm one of those freakish happy dreams type of person for some reason. He was concerned because he never hears me do that and I don't remember doing it. 48124
