I have recorded my health journey all these years and I have also recorded pH. If I am doing everything in my power to juice and eat right, I wake up to 6.0 - 6.5 If I stop juicing, the pH will drop down to 5.5. And if I don't eat right either, it maxes out acid. (but my saliva never goes lower than 6.5 but mainly stays 7.0) I never seem to be able to build up and stay built for any length of time. Do you think I should take more magnesium or epson salt than you normally suggest along with your drink, to counter the problem I have with calcium? I seem to have a fairly high bowel tolerance to most magnesiums, except citrate (I don't know about Epson salt) I was the one who asked you if any of the limes came in just magnesium carbonate.
When I take magnesium in high enough doses, I can actually feel my muscles relax and lengthen. I will go ahead and try your drink and just see how I respond. I have hesitated all this time because of the uncertainties I have about why I respond so negatively to calcium. I am enjoying the peroxide baths at this time. 48124
