Re: --answer-- --Acid Re-flux problems--vs--Proper Digestion--pH's of the body--

No, I am taking a small amount of kelp tablets and 4 drops of Asian Kelp (detoxified iodine) 5 days a week. I'm am doing well at this time but have not understood exactly the readings I get on my pH. (7.0 saliva is good?) I have no understanding of why my saliva is always good but have harder control over the urine staying alkaline. This has been a long ongoing problem for many years.

Not only do I have problems with calcium but baking soda and seltzer water all cause strange muscle contractions when taken orally. I slightly draw up on one side. Is it true that minerals can affect certain sides of the body? Magnesium has been the only thing that seems to give me relief when I am acid besides juicing. I had a mistake happen in my bathtub when a 6lb. bag of Epson Salt accidently broke open from the bottom into the water and I decided to not waste it. That soak opened my eyes to the importance of minerals. My aches and pains disappeared and I started walking straight. I know this is a strange case but I'm not giving up. I have come so far in the last 6 years. I'm hoping what I learn from you and others about pH will give me understanding to how to beat MS. 48124
