Another "ONE QUESTION" - Ester C = Calcium ....

I know you've got a growing list to whittle down, but here is another question that may be worth trying to squeeze in.

Starting from nearly the very beginning of this forum - which really got kick started when the 2 hour audio interview of Flechas by Stan Monteith was posted to this forum, we have been guided to utilize Vitamin C supplementation with Iodine Supplementation. Between Flechas, Brownstein, Abraham (and a few other researchers), they often mention Ester - C specifically as a good brand of Vitamin C to use. Meanwhile, this same collection of researchers also frequently mention a need for overall "proper nutritional supplementation" to be followed while supplementing with Iodine. Most if not all of these have one or more research articles out there (and many have been posted to this forum) that advises that Calcium is generally already too abundant in our diets and that we should not be adding more Calcium via "nutritional supplementation". However, Ester-C brand of Vitamin C is most often sold to include Calcium as a buffering ingredient; IE> Ester-C = Calcium Ascorbate. So the question begs, how do we reconcile the advice to "do not add calcium supplements to your diet, you probably already have way too much Calcium inside you" with the situation whereby our taking of Ester-C will in fact be further adding more Calcium to our daily diet?
