i own a le creuset cast iron pot, but it is enameled inside as well as out...are these OK? anyone know? god i wish i had my mom's cast iron pans. she has had them for like 30 years and they are seasoned so well it is ridiculous! i have been meaning to get myself a few more pans from the local farmers market but haven't got around to it.
i saw mercola's pans a month or so ago and never ordered, and now they are all out of stock.
