Thanks. So seems like you also underwent diarrhea like me. Good to hear that I am not alone. I have done bowel cleanse by doing a Castor Oil flush.

I also do LBB capsules sold by MH once in a while. I have daily bowel movements. Although, some days I feel I did not evacuate completely.

I still have cold hands and feet. I will have to restart Iodine, once I am sure, that my liquified bowels have stopped.
