I use to not sweat at all. I would heat up during the summer and just turn beet red and feel sick as a dog. No matter how hard my work out was there was no moisture to cool me off. Since I could not sweat I made the mistake of doing water aerobics 3x a week. All those chemicals absorbing into my body made my health worse, not to mention the fact that it was indoors and I was inhaling all the fumes. I did not realize that it was the kelp in my diet that I started to take later on that was helping me to start to sweat. I learned that once I got to this forum. Can you imagine all thoses toxins that could not be released by sweating having to find other ways to be expelled?
Dreaming has always been one of my favorite pastimes. My dreams were very vivid at the beginning but now that I'm taking less Iodine I still sleep well but I don't remember the details of the dreams as often. I do miss that part but at this time I do not feel a need for more iodine. 48124
