I have been on the ML protocol now for about 26 days, I have been tolerating.. I increase amounts from 1/2 cup CH to 1 cup CH, 1TB BSM, 1TB ACV, 1TB Kelp, and ES, seems to be doing fine, no adverse effects. I read an old post, that said if you increase the CH that much you need to increase all the other ingredients, I increase BSM,ACV, Kelp to 2TB each in each drink, 3 drinks sipped through out the day. I became very gassy, and had terrible pains in my kidney area. Question, is it possible for you to explain the science behind what happened? I later decrease the BSM, ACV, Kelp to 1TB each with 1 cup CH in each drink, 3 drinks a day, seems to be doing okay, no more kidney pain, not gassy.
